DEEPENING RESEARCH WITH THE 100 LANGUAGES
NAREA is collaborating with Reggio Children to offer a study group experience in Reggio Emilia focusing on deeper reflections of the 100 languages as research, expression, communication, and connection. Those with a long history studying Reggio Emilia’s approach to early education will be interested to meet contemporary views, told through the stories of children and adults.
RIVET is organizing a delegation of Vermont educators and administrators, community members, policy makers and funders to participate in the NAREA Study Group to Reggio Emilia. Members of the Vermont delegation will be asked to participate in pre- and post- study tour sessions as well as daily debriefings during the study tour. College credits or professional development hours will be available. RIVET is also researching sources of financial support to defray the cost of the study tour.
